Please read these Terms of Service carefully before placing an order with Cartoon Video ("we", "us", "our"). By submitting an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Our Service Cartoon Video creates fully custom animated films based on information, photos, and story details provided by the client. Each film is unique and made by hand.
2. Ordering Process To place an order, you select a package, complete payment, and submit your story brief (photos, key moments, names, occasion details). Production begins after we confirm receipt of all required materials.
3. Payment Full payment is required upfront before production begins. Prices are listed in USD. We accept payment via credit/debit card and other methods available at checkout.
4. Delivery Standard delivery is 7–10 business days from the date we confirm your brief is complete. Rush orders may be available upon request. We deliver your final video via a secure download link to the email provided at checkout.
5. Client Responsibilities You are responsible for providing accurate information, clear photos, and complete story details. Delays caused by incomplete or late submissions may affect your delivery date.
6. Revisions Every order includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. Revision requests must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving your film. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are available for an extra fee.
7. Ownership & Usage Rights Upon full payment and delivery, you receive full personal usage rights to your cartoon film. You may share it privately or on personal social media. Cartoon Video retains the right to use anonymized versions of completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing.

9. Intellectual Property All creative work produced by Cartoon Video remains the intellectual property of our team until full payment is received. We do not reproduce or resell your personal story or photos.
10. Limitation of Liability Cartoon Video is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from delays, technical issues, or dissatisfaction with creative output beyond the revision process described above.
11. Changes to These Terms We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on our website.
