Refund Policy

At Cartoon Video, every film is created individually and by hand. Because of the custom nature of our work, please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Before production starts If you request a cancellation before we begin working on your order (typically within 24 hours of payment), you are eligible for a full refund.
After production has started Once our team has begun creating your cartoon (characters, scenes, or storyboard), we are unable to offer a full refund. This is because significant time and creative work has already been invested in your specific order.
In this case, we offer:

• A partial refund based on the stage of completion, or
• A credit toward a future order

Revision policy Every order includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. We want you to love your film. If something doesn't match what was agreed upon in your brief, we will make it right at no extra cost.
If we fail to deliver If Cartoon Video is unable to complete your order within the agreed timeframe and no alternative arrangement is made, you are entitled to a full refund.
